No, there is no booking charge for ordering food on train.

 

Train passengers can order food on train from 6 AM to 11 PM every day while traveling by train. Place your food order between 6 AM to 11 PM. One can order Breakfast from 6 AM to 12 PM, Lunch from 12 PM to 5 PM, and Dinner from 5 PM to 11 PM.

Train Passengers can cancel their order up to the order cut-off time. You can cancel your food order by calling on 8448440386. Just tell us registered contact details and order ID to cancel the food order. RailRecipe will not be able to cancel any order after the vendor accepts and start processing. It is usually one hour before the arrival of the train at the delivery station.

For cancellations made before 2 hours, RailRecipe will refund the payment without cancellation charges within 7-10 working days.

If your train is delayed by more than 3 hours, the RailRecipe Customer care executive will call to confirm if you are still interested in receiving your food order. If your train is reaching the delivery station beyond restaurant service timings (usually 6 AM to 11 PM). In that case, your food order in train will get automatically canceled, and our customer care executive will inform you about the same.
